What pisses you off the most about the media when dealing with our Beloved King of Pop?!!

I hate it when they call him "Whacko Jacko." I hate it when the media only shows one side of the Chandler story;they never ever mention the facts that Evan Chandler drugged his son and practically admitted that he wanted money,money and more money from Michael.
The media just wants to portray Michael as weird,strange.They don't even bother to research their work.One story that irritates me is the Elephant Man story.Media says Michael wanted to buy the bones of the Elephant Man;the fact was Michael was interested in buying screenrights for the play because he wanted to produce the movie version.Another story mis-represented is the hyperbolic chamber story.Michael purchased medical equipment for the hospital that treated him for his scalp burns.A picture of Michael demonstrating how the chamber was used was leaked to the press and made-up stories followed.

For me, it's their unwillingness to cut him a little slck for ANYthing. Even if he was doing something normal, they find something to tag it as 'weird'. The media did the same thing to the kids when the vido of P & P singing 'All The Lost Children' for their daddy aired on HLN.

They were talking to their dad, and they were like....3- 31/2 at most. Singing, and they know there's a camera there. Of COURSE they are looking at the person holding it sometimes. And there's Jane Velez-Mitchell, with her "they keep looking off to the side"..."they don't look right"..."they look like they have been coached"...duh. Really Jane? Hogwash.

This is the sort of nit-pickyness with them I hate. OOhhh, "Michael shops in LA today...film at 11". Poor guy couldn't even sneeze in public.

When I think about it, it is everything that makes no sense to mention anymore, and I could go on and on with the list of lies, rumors, and speculation, because I could write a full essay on just a number of things that piss me off about the media and I still wouldn't be done.

You all have said it would it kill them to say one nice thing then move on to the next subject. "It's Wrong I tell you, Wrong"

Hello everyone...what really annoys me is the way they can never just talk about the positive stuff.....they alwaaaaaaaays have to bring up the child abuse allegations, surgeries, his skin, yada yada yada......when will it ever end??

Celtic, see that's my issue too. Like why do they ignore the people who have surround their lives around Michael? Why ignore the loyal fans who actually take the time to separate the FACT from FICTION?!! I'll tell you why because the gross and disturbing lies, fabrications, and alterations to the truth SELL and the softened truth only bores these simple minded individuals!

What DOESN'T piss me off about the way the media portrays our sweet Michael? Lies, speculation, and drama. People need to get thier facts strait. It turns my stomach when I talk about Michael to coworkers or customers at my job, and they crack jokes about him being a freak or a child molester. The media has led people to believe those aweful things about him, and it's no wonder the poor man had to leave the country and live in seclusion like he did for so long prior to him coming back to Vegas and L.A. I feel that the media, in combination with those lying sacks of crap that falsly accused him of such horrible things ultimately contributed to his death. MJ said it, "Just because you read it in a magazine, or see it on a tv screen dont make it factual". So true. Too bad all the "sheeple" in the US are so easily swayed by tabloids and rumor. Absolute trash. I hate it.

I hate when they call him Jacko, or even worse Wacko. :evil: makes me soo mad.

Like the list could go on forever, but the biggest problem I have with the media is the amount of speculations and misguided information they feed their followers. Seriously, I wouldn't cut it as a celebrity because I'd spend half my time in courts suing the b*st*rds for slander. It sickens me to death to hear the media report such horrible things about MJ's death, especially the reports when he first passed. All the accusations of suicide and not once did they take into consideration MJ's young children. I think it would have been a different story if he had in fact commited suicide, but to throw this family under a bus and keep backing over them to come to find out that his life was taken by another's actions is just horribly sick and cruel. :evil:
